If you don't live in a house, you have to pay the property fee. According to the relevant regulations, as long as the owner takes over the house, he needs to pay the property fee. If no one has stayed for more than 6 months after buying a house, they can pay 70% of the property fee. If there is a clear stipulation when signing the house purchase contract, it needs to be performed in accordance with the provisions of the contract. It should be noted that if the property fee is not paid for a long time, it is necessary to bear the liability for breach of contract. The annual property fee includes the salary, welfare and office expenses of the managers.
