For example, sometimes I received a complaint call from an owner, which was satisfied by the owner in the process of handling. This is the owner's affirmation to me at ordinary times. I just want to do this in my future work and answer the owner's questions, but I also want to think about what kind of treatment is the most perfect, so that I can face similar problems more conveniently in my future work.
