The declaration of green building signs should be put forward by the project construction unit, operation unit or owner unit, and relevant units such as design, construction and consultation are encouraged to participate in the declaration. The project to declare green building signs shall meet the following conditions:

1. Design, build, operate and transform according to relevant national standards or corresponding local standards;

2, has passed the construction project completion acceptance and completed the record.
