I stopped for a while and glanced around with my eyes. There was a good position where I could not get the sun when I went out in the afternoon.

This is basically the situation in the past month. The ground garage in the community is finally taken care of. After the new owners' committee moved in, many residential facilities and equipment began to be rectified, among which this ground garage should be the one that has the greatest influence on me.

I still remember that in the past, the cars in the garage were basically airtight. Except for the parking spaces, other cars, including the front of the flower beds and the door of the store, were all full of cars. During the rush hour, you have to park in a row horizontally in front of the parking space. I can't find a parking space when I come back at any time. The road that could have left two lanes after parking has become a one-way street. If the car enters the back of the garage, there is no parking space and no place to turn around. It's terrible. In addition, the road surface is also bumpy, many original floor tiles have been damaged, some are covered with bricks or stones, and some simply grin at the sky.

What is irritating is that the more difficult it is to park, the more people put a few motorcycles or electric cars to occupy seats. Sometimes, people who let their families occupy their seats look angry, but they are helpless. Everyone is so selfish that disputes are bound to occur.

What's more, a company specially hired a security guard to circle 20 or 30 parking spaces for people working in their company. When the owner came back, he saw a parking space and wanted to stop, so he asked for help to revitalize the parking space. Sometimes, when I get angry, I argue with them. I got off the bus with a reflective cone and backed into the warehouse directly. I left with a cold face, but I couldn't help being angry with them every time. I don't feel worthy. Therefore, I won't stop until I have to. Maybe that's the case. Their parking spaces actually occupied more and more, and the owners of the community also protested many times in the group.

This matter was finally resolved after the establishment of the second owners' committee. They first replaced the original property, then invited public tenders with the new property, and finally selected a company with a suitable price to set up the garage entrance and exit gates. Then the parking situation of the owners in the community was investigated. Only one car can be registered for each household (this way avoids the impact on the underground garage rent), and the owner's car rent is set at 150 yuan per month, and the store will issue it in the form of electronic certificate. Foreign vehicles cost five yuan per hour, with the ceiling in 30 yuan.

In this way, those people who came to our parking spaces from other communities were cleared out (in fact, the surrounding communities set up paid parking spaces before us), and some people did not rent underground parking spaces or pay ground parking spaces, so they could only park on the path at the back door of the community, resulting in rush hour congestion, but I believe this problem will be solved soon.

It's actually not easy. Parking used to be free, but suddenly there is a charge, but I really don't turn around. But now many roads outside are marked with paid parking spaces, so it is impossible not to keep pace with the times. It is worthwhile to spend a few dollars or more to park.
