2. The lease contract signed by the property management company and the former company does not explicitly stipulate that sublease is not allowed, but if there is a sublease clause, it shall be implemented in accordance with the sublease clause.

If the lease contract signed between the property management company and the previous one does not clearly stipulate that subletting is not allowed, and there is no subletting clause, a subletting contract can be signed with a third party. After the rent expires, you need to find the first one to sign a contract with the property when you need to renew the lease, because the first one to sign a lease contract is related to the property, and the first one enjoys the priority to lease under the same conditions.
