Binhe Jiayuan Community Neighborhood Committee of Hangu Street in Tianjin Binhai New Area is located in the west of Xinkai North Road, north of Dongbin Road, east of Jiyun Canal and south of Lu Han Interchange. Established in March, 2006, it merged with the station dormitory neighborhood committee on February, 201/2006, 1997 households with 5,264 people, covering an area of 2. 17 square meters. The area under its jurisdiction consists of two parts, namely, Binjiang Home Property Community and Station Dormitory Old Town, with a vast area and scattered residents. The existing staff of neighborhood committees are 10, including 7 cadres of neighborhood committees, 3 social workers, 5 primary social workers, 4 intermediate social workers and 4 Tianjin professionals. There is a Party Committee and two branches in the community, and now there are 22 people in party member/KLOC-0. There are 4 enterprises and institutions such as Hangu Vocational College and transportation company, and more than 0/00 private enterprises. The office area of the neighborhood Committee is 800 square meters. The community has successively won the honorary titles of Tianjin Social Organization Innovation Demonstration Community and Tianjin Community Advanced Party Organization.
