Brief introduction of the community: Xiaoyueyuan community is located on the bank of Lugou Bridge, with a long history and world-famous. In April 2002, the leading group for community construction in Fengtai District of Beijing approved the establishment of Xiaoyueyuan Community, which basically formed the scale of community resources based on Xiaoyueyuan Community developed and built by Beijing Wanping Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
