What are Vanke Dolphin Action Awards?

Vanke Dolphin Action Award includes White Dolphin, Blue Dolphin and Golden Dolphin.

"Dolphin Action" has set up a web page that any employee can fill in if he has a good idea. If his department approves the proposal, he can name it as a white dolphin.

If this idea is approved by the company in the city where the proposal is made, it will be rated as a blue dolphin.

At the annual summary meeting of Vanke Property, the Golden Dolphin of the Year will be selected among the outstanding dolphins of various companies, and the good idea named Golden Dolphin will be promoted throughout Vanke Property in the next year.
