How long is the property fee due?

The property fee shall be paid within 1 month after it expires.

The property fee is paid monthly, and can be paid within 1 month after the expiration. If the property fee is not paid for more than one year, the single charge cannot exceed 12 months. Within one year, it can be paid monthly, quarterly or semi-annually. When the property fee is due, the owner shall pay it within 1 month, so as not to affect the property service and generate unnecessary fees.
