According to the Notice of Xi People's Government on Strengthening the Safety Management of Fireworks and Firecrackers during the Spring Festival in 2023, our district is a restricted fireworks and firecrackers area. In order to ensure public safety and citizens' personal and property safety, we will further improve the safety management of fireworks and firecrackers during the Spring Festival in 2023 in our district, and the notice is as follows:

First, there is no discharge area. Within the protection scope of state organs, cultural relics protection units, historical and cultural blocks and excellent modern buildings; Gas stations, filling stations and other inflammable and explosive goods production and storage units; Key fire prevention areas such as parks and forests; Medical institutions, schools, kindergartens and pension institutions; Traffic hubs such as stations, safety protection zones along railways and motor vehicle parking lots; Power transmission and transformation facilities safety protection zones, theaters, libraries, shopping malls, exhibition halls and other key units that are easy to cause fire safety accidents are prohibited discharge areas.

In addition to the above prohibited areas, fireworks and firecrackers can be set off in other areas.

Second, the discharge time allows. 65438+1October 14, 65438+1October 2 1 to 65438+1October 27, February 5, 2023. Among them, 65438+1October 2 1 and February 5 can be set off all day, and the rest of the time can be set off from 7: 00 to 22: 00 every day.

3. Prohibited sales area. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited from being sold to the east of Beijing-Kunming Expressway, to the south of Guanzhong Ring Road, to the west of Xixian Secondary Road and to the north of Shuiyao Road.

4. From the date of this announcement, the District Emergency Management Bureau, Public Security Yanliang Branch, District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau, District Transportation Bureau, District Civil Affairs Bureau, District Education Bureau, District Market Supervision Bureau and other departments, as well as the quality supervision stations of sub-district offices, development zones and aviation base management committees, should implement the responsibilities of industry supervision and territorial management, and immediately stop illegal production, transportation, storage, sale and discharge of fireworks and firecrackers that endanger the public.

Five, organs, organizations, enterprises and institutions, residents' committees, villagers' committees, owners' committees and property service organizations should strengthen publicity and supervision, and cooperate with the safety management of fireworks.

Six, according to the early warning of heavy pollution weather, according to the arrangement of the municipal government to adjust the discharge time.
