The property management fee has not been paid. What should I do if I receive a court summons?

Legal analysis: the person who received the court summons should be due to the default of property fees, and the property service company has sued the court. If there are justified reasons for not paying the property fee, the reasons for refusing to pay the property fee shall be put forward, and the corresponding evidence shall be submitted to the court within the time limit prescribed by the court. If there is no legal reason not to pay the property fee, it is suggested to pay it to the property service company in time, and the property service company will withdraw the lawsuit against it.

Legal basis: People's Republic of China (PRC) Civil Procedure Law.

Article 17 The basic people's courts shall have jurisdiction over civil cases of first instance, except as otherwise provided by this Law.

Article 18 The Intermediate People's Court shall have jurisdiction over the following civil cases of first instance:
