Can the back property not accept the creditor's rights and debts of the front property?

Of course. According to Chapter IX of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), there are detailed provisions on property services. The realty service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the realty service contract. If the prophase realty company fails to perform or fails to fully perform the obligations stipulated in the realty service contract, resulting in the owner being unable to enjoy the corresponding service, the owner has the right to require the anaphase realty company to bear the corresponding liability for breach of contract. At the same time, if the property company in the early stage has enjoyed the creditor's right of the property fee owed by the owner, then the creditor's right should also be borne by the property company in the later stage.
