In April this year, I was transferred to Hongshan Urban Management Squadron to take charge of urban management in Yuan Yue community. Jurisdiction includes Yuan Yue one village, two villages, three villages, four villages and five villages, Jinwen Yayuan, Ziluo Garden, Wisteria Garden, Yuan Yue South Road and Jason Wu Road. There are 1 urban management law enforcement team members and 6 law enforcement coordinators in the area. Among them, Jason Wu Road is "strictly managed" and Yuan Yue Community is an old community, which is the focus and difficulty of management.
After I was in charge of community urban management in Yuan Yue, I mainly did the following work:
First, take the opportunity of "three renovations" and the creation of "civilized city" to strengthen the "five in one" model and fully carry out new community work.
Since the beginning of this year, the city has carried out a massive "three renovations" and successfully created a "national civilized city". The achievement of these two achievements also embodies the hard work of Yuan Yue community urban management team members and coordinators. I led the coordinator to work overtime according to the requirements of the squadron, the street, the brigade and the municipal bureau, sacrificing countless rest time and making great efforts for the "three rectifications" and the creation work.
The work of community urban management is complicated and needs the support and cooperation of various departments. In daily work, actively implement the work requirements of the district law enforcement bureau on the "five in one", closely contact the community, actively participate in various activities carried out by the community, take advantage of the community's familiarity with the grassroots situation, realize resource sharing, and jointly carry out urban management; Strengthen the management of coordinators, set an example, be strict, never shirk responsibility, supervise each other, mobilize the enthusiasm of coordinators, and better perform the function of "co-management"; In addition, we often communicate with the film police and the property management company to solve the problems reflected by the masses in time, and achieved certain results.
Yuan Yue community has carried out new work this year. We make full use of the new opportunities in the community to improve the community environment in an all-round way. This work is led by Wang Changrong, director of Jiedao, and the squadron leaders make every effort to help solve specific difficult problems (such as demolition). Now the whole community has taken on a new look. So realistically speaking, such great changes have taken place in Yuan Yue community, which is not only the efforts of community urban management team members, but also the new work of the community, and it is also the support and help of leaders at all levels and comrades in relevant departments. Second, we have done some practical things to improve the community environment.
This year, the three transformation tasks in the city are tight and demanding. In my work, I found that residents in the community have higher and more urgent requirements for the living environment. Because Yuan Yue Community is an old community, the property management is not perfect enough, and the problems existing in the community are serious.
After receiving complaints from the community and residents, I investigated and dealt with illegal activities such as growing vegetables and raising poultry in the community. Despite the abuse and obstruction of some residents, illegal activities such as growing vegetables and raising chickens still occur from time to time, but as long as there are complaints, we will actively deal with them, bear the burden of humiliation and never shirk.
In view of the problem that there is a lot of garbage in the community that can't be cleaned up in time, with the help of the squadron leader, we have taken two measures: first, actively contact vehicles to clean up the garbage for the property company; The second is to directly lead the coordinator to help clear the garbage. We are not only law enforcers, but also administrators and cleaners, and have done a lot of work for the community.
Three, strict law enforcement, combining blocking and dredging, and actively explore new ways of law enforcement.
Community urban management needs to do a good job in law enforcement and management at the same time, with strong law enforcement and proper management.
In view of some violations in the jurisdiction, I conducted a lot of investigations and visits, and carried out publicity and education. I tried my best to resolutely investigate and deal with those who disobeyed management and refused to correct them, no matter who said it or what the background was. For example, for vegetable vendors who have been occupying the road in the community for a long time, after the education is invalid, the punishment will be gradually increased; To occupy the road to wash the car, arrange personnel to set up post supervision to ensure that there is no illegal behavior during working hours; Stick psoriasis on the shop and ask for self-removal in time. With the cooperation of the urban management police, a group of psoriasis in the corridor was investigated and two people were detained.
For the people who really have difficulties in life, I visited the poor and asked questions, and reported what I learned during the visit to the squadron and the street urban management department. With the support of the leaders, an open space was set aside in the community for people in need to set up stalls to help them solve their living problems.
Urban management should gain the understanding and support of the masses and do a good job in mass work. I spent a lot of time communicating with the masses in the community, sincerely caring about their sufferings, enthusiastically listening to their demands, widely publicizing urban management laws and regulations, patiently explaining urban management work, never fighting back, never scolding back, and always convincing people with a smile. Put the needs of the masses and the community in the first place, solve the problems that can be solved as soon as possible, and report the problems that are difficult to solve to the squadron or feedback the relevant departments. My experience is "say what the people like to hear". What do ordinary people like to listen to? What ordinary people love most is the truth, not the truth. Urban management team members should take care of each other, put themselves in other's shoes, regard themselves as community residents and understand their needs. Being close to the masses, doing everything for the masses, seeking truth from facts without formalism, telling the truth to the group and doing practical things have changed many people's bad impression of urban management.
Fourth, give play to their own advantages and do a good job in urban management education.
Hongshan Squadron and Yuan Yue Primary School are * * * construction units, and we attach great importance to promoting urban management knowledge to primary school students. This year, we opened the urban management course in Yuan Yue primary school, and informed parents about the urban management work by distributing "a letter to parents" and "inter-school communication" short messages, which won their support.
In my community work, I found that people still have a lot of opinions about urban management, but most of them think it is useless to complain, or they are too lazy to complain (sue), and quite a few people don't know how to complain. Therefore, in the community, I not only actively publicized my responsibilities and contact information, but also printed all kinds of complaint telephones into business cards at my own expense, consciously accepted the supervision of the masses and made it convenient for the masses to complain.
In addition, think actively in the work, constantly sum up experience, and actively publicize and explore urban management. The biggest difference between refined management and extensive management is that refined management requires patience and a lot of time, which cannot be done overnight. The masses have great opinions on this.
2. Failure to enforce the law affects the development of law enforcement.
Law enforcement is the fundamental function of the urban management department. However, in community work, urban management team members engaged in a lot of non-law enforcement work, which affected the development of law enforcement work. For example, the problem of growing vegetables in residential areas is not clearly stipulated by laws and regulations, and should be investigated by the urban management department, which is not within the scope of urban management law enforcement. I specifically asked the battalion chief for instructions and got the same answer. However, in order to complete the assessment, we still became the main force of shoveling vegetables, which triggered a fierce contradiction.
Today, I am here to report my work, which I think is a very good system. But at the same time, I think the urban appearance and environmental level of a region depend on many factors, such as the local urban management system, various inputs, geographical location, infrastructure, population quality and so on. It can be said that these factors have a decisive influence on the local city appearance and environmental level. So, how to evaluate urban management team members?
