Six elements of daily inspection of property

The six elements of daily inspection mainly include observation, hearing, investigation, testing and inspection records.

1. Observation: Through observation, problems existing in property management services are found, such as problems on the surface of facilities and equipment and the situation in public areas.

2. Listen and touch: judge from the sound of facilities and equipment running, and feel whether the use of facilities and equipment is running normally by hand.

3. Investigation: Investigate the use of buildings, public facilities and equipment from the owner or company staff.

4. Testing: testing the running state of facilities and equipment by testing or using corresponding instruments and methods.

5. Inspection record: record the inspection results, deal with the problems found in time, and report to the superior leaders and relevant departments.
