Can I open the door before I get the key?

I can't open the door. No one else may enter the owner's house without the owner's authorization or legal permission. When there is an emergency, if the guaranteed benefits outweigh the losses caused by it, emergency hedging actions can be taken. If greater losses can only be avoided by entering the owner's house, the property management company can enter the owner's house.
