In my opinion, property buyers who buy property houses in Beijing should really pay 100% of the property fee, because the property is to provide services for property buyers, and there is no reason for property buyers not to pay the property fee.

First, the property provides services for buyers.

For the property, their service scope is limited to the interior of the community. In other words, as long as they are residents in the community, they will become the objects of their services. For example, the property will set up a security team for the safety of residents to prevent criminals from entering the community, or provide services such as door-to-door unlocking and water pipe maintenance for residents. As property buyers, residents in residential areas should pay property fees to the property after enjoying the services of the property, as a return for providing help to the property. In other words, after the property has fulfilled its responsibilities, residents should also fulfill their responsibilities (pay property fees). What's more, the service of the property will not change because of the ownership of the house, as long as the buyers can enjoy the service from the residential property. In this regard, property buyers should really pay 100% of the property fee.

Second, there is no reason for property buyers not to pay property fees.

For some tenants who have bought property houses, they will think that since the property rights belong to * * *, they don't need to pay 100% of the property fees, but only need to pay their own share of property rights. To tell the truth, this idea is actually very wrong. This is because the service object of the property is people, not houses. In other words, residents are the objects to enjoy property services, and the services provided by the property to residents will not be discounted because of the property rights of * * * *. Under such circumstances, there is no reason for buyers not to pay property fees, and * * * owning property rights is not the reason for buyers not to pay 100% property fees.

In short, even tenants who have bought property houses have to pay a property fee of 100%. After all, the object of property services is people, not houses. Moreover, when the property provides services, it will not check whether the house has property rights.
