In the process of task execution, the current project team is like the Three Kingdoms period in ancient China-competing with each other and doing their own work. Second, the construction stage

Before piling construction, the foundation pit earthwork has been dug to a depth of about two meters and five meters. Because there were no construction drawings at that time, most places were not excavated in place. Considering that there are enough working faces in the surrounding row of piles, it is necessary to cooperate with the earthwork excavation unit to dig out the remaining soil. For a long time, the earth excavation unit didn't cooperate with our work arrangement, kept antagonistic feelings with us, and even made trouble at the construction site, so the construction site work could not be carried out at the moment. Through our patient and meticulous communication, we learned the unit price of earthwork excavation in other local sites, and finally reached an agreement with the earthwork excavation unit through rewards. After the foundation pit is excavated for 2.5m, it will have a great impact on the site piling. The concrete truck can't drive into the construction site at all, and the surface of the foundation pit is covered with silt. Once it rains, the bearing capacity of silt layer drops sharply, and piling construction is very difficult. The general contractor will use this as an excuse that there is no condition of three links and one leveling on the construction site, which leads to claims for expenses and time limit. We made a decisive decision and actively organized the local construction unit to backfill the pond slag in the site, which ensured the need of piling construction in the site.

The hardest part is actually in the beginning After three weeks at the site, the general contractor still hasn't arranged for the pile driver to enter the site. It is also a fact that the general contractor has not received the formal construction drawing of pile foundation provided by us, which is not convenient for organizing machinery to enter the site. However, after we provided the blueprint for pile foundation construction on 10/5, the general contractor still failed to enter the pile frame. The general contractor encountered great difficulties in finding subcontractors, and found more than a dozen units back and forth, but they were unwilling to undertake this business. It was not until1October 22 that several piles were entered one after another. 1October 29th, the trial pile construction of podium and tower was started. The trial pile construction of podium was successful, but the tower ended in hole collapse after 6 days of trial drilling. The tower pile must enter the rock 1.5 meters, and the circulating drilling rig encounters pebbles with large particle size in the sandy pebble layer (the particle size of pebbles collected on site is close to 40 cm), which is easy to block the pipe.

Later, with the consent of the design unit, the tower recycling hole-forming process was changed to impact hole-forming process, and the general contractor organized six impact hammer drills to enter the site on 1 1 July 7. First try to make a hole in the north side of the tower, but the soil layer about three meters on the north side of the ground is quicksand. When lifting the hammer, the heavy hammer, quicksand and casing are pulled up together, which makes it very difficult to form a hole. In order not to delay the construction period of the tower pile foundation as much as possible, the pile test construction began on the south side of the tower, and the pile test began on 1 1 month1month 16, and the first concrete pouring was completed. However, due to the limited working face on the south side of the tower, only four piles can be placed for construction.

At the same time, we have not given up our efforts on the north side of the tower. After consulting various experts, we put forward some suggestions, such as dewatering first, and then arranging piling construction. The general contractor has successively carried out well point dewatering, shallow tube well dewatering, grouting and other strengthening foundation construction technologies, but none of them have achieved the required results. Geological factors on the north side affect the construction of about 60 pile foundations, and together affect the construction of about 70 uplift piles in the surrounding pure basement. The next step will be deep well dewatering, and then piling construction will be arranged. The task of pile foundation construction has been completed, including 57 towers and 1 15 pure basement piles, with a total of 349 piles (46%).

Three. 20XX work plan arrangement

The progress of pile foundation construction is lagging behind, and the main work in the next stage is to arrange work around earthwork excavation to ensure that the basement floor pouring is completed before the flood season. The main work arrangements are as follows:
