How many levels are there for human resources examination?

The human resources examination is divided into four grades: enterprise hr administrator (level 4), enterprise human resources assistant manager (level 3), enterprise human resources manager (level 2) and enterprise human resources senior manager (level 1).

Specific registration conditions:

(1) A human resource manager of a four-level enterprise (one who meets one of the following conditions)

1, continuously engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.

2. After formal training by the human resources manager of the enterprise of this occupation level 4, and reaching the required standard hours, obtain the certificate of completion.

(2) the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise (one of the following conditions)

1. After obtaining a college degree, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years; 2. After obtaining the undergraduate diploma, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year; 3. Full-time undergraduate graduates, who have reached the required standard hours after formal training by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, and have obtained the certificate of completion; 4. Master degree or above; 5. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of this occupation level 4, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously; 6. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the fourth-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion. 7. Have been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously. (3) Certificate 1 of human resource manager in a secondary enterprise (meeting one of the following conditions), who has been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years continuously after obtaining a bachelor's degree certificate. 2. Having worked in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree certificate or above; 3. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years. 4. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the training of the human resource manager of the second-level enterprise in this occupation, and has obtained the certificate of completion. (4) A first-class enterprise human resource manager (with one of the following conditions) 1, who has been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining a doctorate in this major or related majors; 2. Having worked in this occupation for more than 3 years after obtaining the intermediate professional and technical position in this occupation; 3. Obtain senior professional and technical positions in this occupation and start their own businesses; 4. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-level human resource manager of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 4 years continuously; 5. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the second-level human resource manager of this major, he has been engaged in this major for more than 3 years continuously, and has been formally trained by the first-level human resource manager of this major to reach the standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate.
