The telecom orientation interview came out. What is the interview format?

According to the previous telecom interview experience, I know the interview form: each unit organizes interviews separately, usually for one to three rounds, mostly leaderless and semi-structured, and a few areas will also investigate actual marketing.

On the one hand, there is leaderless group discussion, the interviewer will give a topic, and the group members will cooperate, coordinate and state their views on their own.

The second side is a semi-structured interview. The applicant introduces himself first, and the interviewer will ask questions about the candidate's resume, which generally involves personal basic information, professional quality, planning and so on.

The three parties are semi-structured interviews with flexible questions, but mainly focus on the personal professional quality and ability combined with the candidates' experience.
