How to manage the spawning period of Pleurotus ostreatus? What are the precautions?

The period from sowing to fruiting is the fruiting period, which is also the key period to obtain high quality and high yield. What are the precautions for mushrooms in the growing period? Let's take a closer look at Xiao Wang.

1. Strict lighting control

At present, many growers are indifferent to this, which is unscientific and extremely unfavorable to mushroom germination. Exposure to light for a long time during germination will cause the mushroom bag to germinate after germination, so it is impossible to start the growth process of mushrooms at all. The correct way is to avoid light immediately after sowing, and no light can enter the mushroom shed except observation and bag rummaging.

2. Temperature and humidity control

① The suitable temperature for mycelium growth is 25℃. If mushrooms grow in low temperature season, the temperature can be raised in the fireplace. When the conditions are poor, you can hang it on the black plastic film or sunshade net in the shed once. When the weather is clear, the grass curtain will be removed to increase the temperature in the shed. But direct sunlight can't form a bag. If possible, air conditioning can be carried out according to the water temperature and can be used all year round. Air humidity has a great influence on the development of bacteria.

(2) It should be noted that the climate is dry, and a certain humidification time should be given, which can generally be adjusted to 70%. When it rains for a long time in summer and the humidity is high, it is necessary to reduce the humidity at harvest to ensure the normal development of bacteria.

3. Pest control

During the whole germination period of Pleurotus ostreatus, sebacic acid solution is sprayed once every other week or so. This time, in order to prevent the occurrence of miscellaneous bacterial diseases, once the contaminated bacterial bag is found, the bacterial bow is removed in time for independent production. If there is slight pollution, it should be isolated after spraying "high-efficiency chloramphenicol", cultivated at low temperature, ventilated according to the humidity of the mushroom house, and then managed normally after recovery.

4. Reasonable ventilation

A small amount of oxygen is needed in the mycelium growth period, which can be met with a little ventilation, but attention should be paid to the temperature exchange inside and outside the mushroom shed. When the temperature difference is too large, appropriate ventilation time should be considered. For example, try to ventilate at night in summer and at noon in winter to avoid high temperature and low temperature.
