Over the past year, the GOA system, foreign sales websites, software, game websites, various consignee websites, etc. have all been the functions of our project department scope. The main performance of the project department in 20xx was focused on the development of a series of automated software such as automatic stocking software, automatic receiving software, and automatic transfer software. With the help of these software, the company's operation and management efficiency have been improved, bringing great benefits to the company. Here comes the benefit! But we still have a lot of room for improvement, and we need everyone to work together to break through.

We still have the following problems that need to be solved:

The first point: The department’s manpower allocation is insufficient and the division of labor cannot be refined. The difficulty in recruiting experienced technical personnel for some positions is the main reason for this problem. Since the company is located in a county-level city, experienced technicians from many big cities are reluctant to come here. In the future, we can start to expand the recruitment of technical personnel from the perspective of colleagues and friends around us. We also hope that the brothers and sisters here can help us to explore suitable resources around us.
