According to the spirit of the Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Adjusting the Minimum Wage Standard in Jiangsu Province, with the consent of the municipal government, the minimum wage standard in Jiangsu Province was adjusted from August 202 1 to August 1. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The first regional minimum wage standard is implemented in the urban areas of our city, Danyang City, jurong city City and Yangzhong City: the monthly minimum wage is 2280 yuan, and the hourly minimum wage for part-time workers is 22 yuan. The internship remuneration paid by enterprises to internship students and the labor remuneration of work-study students shall be paid by the hour, and shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard for part-time employment hours.

Two, the following items are not part of the minimum wage, the employer shall pay separately according to the provisions: overtime pay; Allowances under special working environments and conditions such as middle shift, night shift, high temperature, low temperature, underground, toxic and harmful; Housing provident fund paid by employees according to the lower limit; Welfare treatment of employees stipulated by laws, regulations and the state.

Three, please municipalities and District People's government announced the adjusted minimum wage standard to the public within the prescribed time limit.
