Al is a software development engineer.

AL is a completely self-developed and integrated company, which produces automobile DVD. AL has been established for more than a year and has achieved great success in products and business. The core of AL lies in the R&D department independently researched and developed. In the initial stage of the company, there were only about 30 qualified engineers. All development projects of Al are under the responsibility of the project manager appointed by the vice president of R&D. If there are few projects, the project manager can monitor them at any time. In other words, the responsibility of project management is the project manager first, and then the vice president.

With the continuous expansion of business, the increase of orders and the improvement of customer requirements, AL has made a series of personnel adjustments and recruited a large number of fresh graduates and experienced R&D talents.
