(1) Applicants must register online and conduct on-site review and confirmation in person, and are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the personal information filled in and the on-site review materials provided. Substitute registration by schools or any institutions is prohibited. Any violation of regulations that affects the applicant's application for teaching qualifications shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(2) The Teacher Qualification Management Information System automatically verifies the applicant’s academic qualifications, Mandarin, primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (national examination) scores and other information. Applicants can only fill in true personal information. Pass the verification of the above information.

(3) The photo uploaded by the applicant when registering online should be a front-facing ID photo without a hat taken within the past 6 months. This photo should be on the same background as the photo submitted for physical examination and on-site review. If the photo is not correct, If the qualification affects the applicant's application for the teacher qualification certificate, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant himself.

(4) Anyone applying for recognition must provide all accurate personal information and ensure compliance with the national Teachers Law, Teacher Qualification Regulations, Implementation Measures for Teacher Qualification Regulations, and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Regulations To implement the Ministry of Education's "Opinions on the Implementation Measures for Teacher Qualification Regulations" regarding teacher qualification recognition categories, recognition conditions and other relevant policy provisions, untrue or false information must not be provided. If the applicant's teacher qualification application cannot be recognized due to providing false or untrue personal information, the applicant shall bear full responsibility and be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions on personal integrity.
