③ The new measures for open recruitment of institutions in Jiangsu Province came into effect on March 13, 2020. According to the subsequent public recruitment announcement of public institutions, people who were employed in various local institutions in Jiangsu Province before September 2, 2023 and whose service period was less than three years;
