2. Male: Full-time college degree or above recognized by the Ministry of Education, graduated before July 20 13.

Seven, recruitment assessment process and requirements

Preliminary examination: registration review → image primary selection → physical examination → oral English test → quality interview → written English test → cultural test (in principle, all the examination links of preliminary examination will be completed on July 14, but if there are a large number of applicants, some examination items will be postponed to July 15, subject to the on-site notice).

Re-examination: physical fitness test (male) → local physical examination → company re-examination → background investigation (to be organized separately, and the specific time and place will be notified after the shortlist is confirmed).

1. Personal items such as mobile phones and bags are not allowed to enter the interview site during the interview. Once the staff is found, they will be disqualified from the interview;

(2) Physical examination standards

Meet the physical examination standards for flight attendants issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Please pay special attention to:

1, without X-shaped legs, O-shaped legs, tetracycline teeth, tattoos and other physical features;

2, the exposed part of the body has no scars, no infectious diseases and no bromhidrosis;

3, no stuttering, no history of motion sickness and seasickness;

4, no history of chronic diseases, no family history of mental illness, no history of transmission, no history of epilepsy;

5. No skin diseases that cannot be cured for a long time, no bone and joint diseases or deformities;

6, no hepatitis or hepatosplenomegaly.

(3) Minimum requirements for background investigation

1, without criminal punishment or reeducation through labor punishment;

2. It has not been investigated, prosecuted or tried by state organs;

3. No other illegal acts;

4. Do not participate in illegal organizations;

5. Good performance in reality and good conduct.

(4) Other requirements.

1. After each examination, candidates wait for the notice of the examination results at the designated time and place. Those who pass will stay, and those who fail will leave immediately.

Eight, internship training and formal employment

Internship training

Those who pass the re-examination, physical examination and political examination will be arranged by Xiamen Airlines, and a Training Agreement will be signed with Xiamen Airlines.

1, mature class

When you check in, you need to pay a training fee of 5,000 yuan/person (RMB 5,000 yuan/person), arrange corporate culture training and crew difference training for about 1 month, and uniformly arrange accommodation, catering, transportation and other expenses during the training period.

2. Immature class:

Pay the training fee of RMB 15,000 yuan/person (65,438 yuan+05,000 yuan/person) at the time of registration. Arrange accommodation, transportation and other expenses during the training period.

(1) Female passengers: internship in ground positions (or hotels), initial crew training, and on-board internship.

(2) Male passengers: ground post (or hotel) internship, aviation safety officer license training, initial crew training, and on-board internship.

3. Practice training adopts individual assessment elimination system. If the performance or training results do not meet the requirements, they will be eliminated, and training fees and corresponding liquidated damages will be charged according to the training hours that have occurred.

(2) formal employment

After passing the internship training and obtaining the highest academic diploma declared at the time of application within the specified time, they will be formally employed and sign a labor contract. If it is not obtained by then, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

Nine, warm reminder

(1) If the applicant cheats on age, education, qualification, physical condition, etc. Or does not meet the requirements of this recruitment notice, once verified, the applicant's qualification for application, training or employment will be cancelled immediately, and all expenses and risks arising in this process will be borne by the applicant himself.
