Treatment of Hu Lin Community Work in Hefei Economic Development Zone

Once employed, the community workers in Hu Lin Economic Development Zone will go through relevant employment procedures, implement labor contract management and sign labor contracts with employers. After the three-month probation period expires, the formal employment procedures will be fulfilled after passing the examination. The treatment of on-the-job personnel shall be implemented in accordance with the Notice on the Adjustment Scheme of Community Workers' Wages and Salaries issued by the Economic Zone, and five insurances and one gold shall be handled according to the regulations.
