According to CRRC official website's inquiry, the company's Science, Technology, Quality and Information Technology Department recruits 1 vice minister to be responsible for the science and technology management of CRRC's new industries such as wind power, new materials and new energy. The Industrial Development Division of the Company also recruits 1 deputy general manager to be responsible for the market expansion and business development of CRRC new energy industry in China.

The basic requirements for post qualification are as follows: 1. Full-time bachelor degree or above;

2. Have more than 10 years working experience in related positions, and more than 3 years working experience in middle-level and above related positions in large enterprises. It is preferred to have the background of similar management positions in well-known enterprises in the industry;

3. Have the relevant professional knowledge required for the registration position, be familiar with the industry development and market model, lead and organize the implementation of related projects, and have achieved good performance or results;

4. Have good organizational leadership, management, communication and coordination skills and strong decision-making analysis and market development capabilities.
