I used to be a junior high school teacher in the town.

Regarding whether to let children be teachers in the future, my idea is: I also support TA as a teacher in the future.

Because my previous teacher experience and current work experience tell me that whether a child can be a teacher depends mainly on TA's hobbies and professional conditions. When my child has this hobby of being a teacher, or his major is suitable for being a teacher, I will fully support TA as a teacher.

First, children's interest in being teachers is very important.

Two years ago, the child went to the kindergarten middle class. Picking him up from school one day, he suddenly told me that he wanted to be a teacher when he grew up. For him, why did I suddenly think of being a teacher again? He said, because I like being a teacher. Being a teacher can play with many children, and I like playing with children. The teacher plays games with us every day and teaches us to read textbooks. I also like playing games. I like to teach more children to read like Miss Li.

I said, that's good ~ dad supports you, and I believe you can be a favorite teacher for children like the teachers in your class.

This Spring Festival, I will take my children back to my grandmother's house and play with four or five children aged four, five, six, seven and eight. I found a game they played very interesting-taking turns teaching. When they become teachers themselves, they teach other children a "knowledge content". My cousin teaches singing, the table teaches verbal arithmetic competitions, my second cousin teaches dancing, and my younger cousin teaches finger dancing. There is also a game called the eagle catches the chicken ... And they are very excited about being a little teacher and have a great sense of accomplishment. This hobby is very simple and lovely for teachers.

In my opinion, if they keep a strong interest in being teachers, they will become teachers deeply liked by students in the future.

There is a saying: love a line and do a line. "Love" here refers to a person's hobbies, which shows the importance of personal interests for doing a good job. If a person likes his own industry, then there is no pressure, only motivation, and he will give full play to his personal value and get twice the result with half the effort. Moreover, a person's career planning should be fundamental, and hobbies are fundamental. Therefore, if my child is interested in teachers after employment, I will support him as a teacher.

Second, the child's major is very important.

If my child's major in college is a normal major in a normal school or an education-related major in a non-normal school, such as mathematics, physics, English, biology, Chinese language and literature, then I will support him as a teacher.

Because we have an idiom called "apply what you have learned". When my professional knowledge is successful, I think I should have the obligation and responsibility to return to this educational place of "giving birth to me and raising me". This is called "professional counterpart", which makes me "useful" on the educational stage.

Later, I found in the teacher recruitment examinations in various places that the qualification requirements of the recruitment position "professional title or professional qualification requirements" require "teacher qualification certificate with ... corresponding disciplines", which means that only professional counterparts can apply for teachers and meet the requirements of being teachers.

If my child studies non-educational majors in the future, such as computer network, accounting, law, civil engineering, etc. Then I am more inclined to support him to engage in hot industries such as network engineers, note writers, lawyers and construction engineers. Therefore, professional counterparts are also the second key factor for me to support my children as teachers.
