How to schedule four days off and three days off?

Day 1: Class 1 starts work from 0: 00 to 8: 00, and Class 2 starts work from 8: 00 to 24: 00 (some enterprises take over at 22: 00, so the next class takes over at 22:00).

The next day: Class 3 goes to work from 0 to 8, and Class 4 goes to work from 8 to 24.

Take Class One as an example. There is a four-day cycle, the first day is day shift, the third day is zero shift, and the fifth day is day shift.

Some enterprises have four shifts and three shifts, and each shift is required to work only for two days in a row, with two days off in eight days, that is, two early shifts, two middle shifts, two night shifts, and two days off.

Some enterprises need one day per shift, that is, an early shift, rest for 24 hours, the next day, the middle shift, and then the night shift after 24 hours.

The paid days per month are 2 1.75 days. However, after the implementation of the four-day work system, the number of paid days per month = (365-52 * 3)/12 =17.42 days. In this way, enterprises are bound to lower the recruitment salary standard, and employees' income will naturally decrease. Working hours are decreasing, but house prices will not decrease, and prices will not decrease.

The other side of improving work efficiency is that you have to do more things in the same time. There is an extra day off, but the total amount of work done is the same, and overtime is indispensable. For some employees who don't have overtime pay, let alone double or triple their wages, this is a disaster.
