Printing chromatic aberration

There are many reasons for color difference in printing, but it is reasonable to say that the whole batch of products can be consistent, otherwise there is something wrong with the products.

As you said, there are several colors in a batch, and the colors are different in different positions on the same piece of paper, which is a big problem.

1, the pigment of the ink itself is not good, or the ink is not evenly mixed, resulting in the color difference of the ink itself in the ink tank;

2. The ink in the ink path is uneven, in other words, the ink on the ink roller should be uniform in theory, but it may be because the captain does not pay attention to the machine and the ink distribution in the same horizontal position is uneven, resulting in uneven ink transmission during printing, and the printed products are of course poor in color;

3. The accuracy of the machine, the original ink has been adjusted evenly, but the color difference is caused by sudden anomalies such as the sudden increase of oil film in the ink path;

4. There is indeed a difference between ink before and after drying, and the color will change after a long time.

5. Secondly, it may be defective when the machine is adjusted. Your company is not isolated, which leads to the flow to customers. Machine adjustment products must be separated.

I think you'd better ask the captain who turned on your mobile phone. He knows best.
