I have also encountered this situation, and I consulted the maintenance personnel to solve it myself. There are several possibilities: first, the molybdenum wire is too loose, which is caused by poor contact with the broken wire protection conductive block, so try to tighten the wire; Second, the insulation between the wire break protection conductive block and the wire frame is not good, so the conductive block should be removed and cleaned up. Third, the fuse is blown. Check the top one of the three fuses above the relay in the distribution box (maybe I don't remember clearly, so I can't see all three), which should be solved.
