If you want to live broadcast, is it better to join a guild or broadcast by yourself?

Off topic, if you agree, read on. If you don’t agree, close it immediately. Don’t waste your precious time.

First of all,

I am not a live broadcaster, I am a recruitment livestreamer. Let me share a personal experience. When I first started, I didn’t know how deep this industry was. There were people who directly applied for anchor scout positions on recruitment platforms and also called agents. The interview was extremely simple, I didn’t even need to introduce myself, and I was hired the next day!

The company has three floors plus a basement, with more than 100 live broadcast rooms. They are basically decorated. When I saw it, I thought to myself, this is so legitimate. I am so lucky to have found a big company.

The company is also very close to home, about 15 minutes by bike. Anyone who has been to Beijing knows, especially in Beijing, what it means to have a company within 30 minutes of where you live! So I also cherish and work hard.

The next day,

the interviewer asked me how to set up relevant information for the recruitment position. There is a bit of knowledge in setting up the position. Please see the bottom 4 positions in the picture below which are what the company requires.

Then,

click publish, and everything goes smoothly. Then the little brother sent me a lot of words and pictures. The words were to introduce the company's benefits, contract duration, company background and questions frequently asked by anchors. The pictures are screenshots of the broadcasts of anchors signed by the company and pictures of the company's live broadcast rooms (all high-end pictures found online).

---------------------------------------------Background Introducing the dividing line----------------------------------------

Start,

Because I cherish this job very much, I work harder and use up the 40 places that I have initiated every day. As long as there is a reply, I will reply immediately, no matter late at night or early in the morning. Hard work paid off. I quickly found an anchor, negotiated relevant matters, and sent her the company’s contract. The contract guaranteed a basic salary, as shown in the picture below...

Then,

My anchor started broadcasting. Time flew by. A week passed. On this day, I was recruiting anchors as usual. I left crazy messages on the boss and suddenly there was an anchor. I took the initiative to add WeChat, which is really happy. This kind of intention is the strongest. I immediately added WeChat, and then the young lady asked some questions about benefits and salary payment. Just go to the picture. I was shocked at the time...

Tip: It is indeed written in the contract that the guarantee will be paid on the 25th to 30th of each month. But the anchor didn't get it. Later, I told her that I couldn't control this matter because the person who recruited her was the boss of our company. I just gave her a suggestion, since you have signed the contract, you can sue him! The company defaulted. Please see the results in the picture below...

You may still be a little confused at this time. Let me explain to you. The contract sent to us by the boss is "Picture 1". I found it online, and there are notes under the pictures:

Because we are only responsible for the negotiation, and the contract is signed by the boss. Naturally, the contract is also issued by the boss. The result is that the boss’s contract is the same as the one issued to us, that is, we issued it. It’s different for anchors.

Here comes the key point:

Change "the minimum guarantee is monthly settlement" to "the income from the live broadcast platform is monthly settlement"! ! !

Then you might say, is there a guarantee? It’s written in the contract, but when will it be issued? Please see the contract picture:

During the contract period, if Party B’s accumulated gift commission income is lower than the minimum support standard for 2 to 3 consecutive months, Party A has the right to negotiate and decide to reduce (cancel) the minimum support. Sexual reward payouts.

In other words, if you do not exceed the minimum guarantee, the company will not give you a minimum guarantee. If you exceed the minimum guarantee, the company will give you a minimum guarantee.

Hahaha, I’m from CNM. If it exceeds the guaranteed limit, I still have to work for NMB with guaranteed guarantee.

I really learned that this is part of the entertainment companies, this is what most of the so-called "unions" and the so-called union support! I say most of them are not too much, right?

---------------------------------------------Event Introducing the dividing line--------------------------------

Finally,

Because I want to be in the live broadcasting industry, and I also believe that there must be formal companies, there must be companies that do what they say and do not play yin and yang contracts, instead of letting agents trick the anchors into coming, and then the company will not care. , a company that lets agents wipe their own ass.

So I called one of my former students, who had been working in an entertainment company. After the phone call, I had a new understanding of the union and what I should do in the future.

He told me that generally speaking, almost no anchors can get a guaranteed salary. There is no basic salary in this industry. The company will not lose money unless you are an already famous anchor and you have other commercial value. , such as receiving an advertisement or something.

There is a basic salary and a guarantee because everyone is trying to strengthen the anchor. If the anchor asks for a minimum guarantee, it can be accepted and any amount can be given. For example, if the anchor asks for a minimum guarantee of 20,000, even if it is 200,000, it is fine. Sign a contract with you.

But there is a clause in the contract. One week is a trial period, and you are required to make a certain amount of revenue during the trial period. If you reach it, you will be signed. If you can't, the company will not sign.

For example:

Take a basic salary of 20,000 per month as an example:

There are four weeks in a month, so the income you need to bring to the company in one week is Above 5,000, the company is profitable. So the terms of the contract are that if the turnover in the first week is lower than xxx, the company will not sign the contract. on the contrary.

Now everyone should understand. What's going on with the so-called minimum guarantee and minimum salary? Put yourself in my shoes, the company is yours, are you willing to offer a minimum salary and guarantee?

So, find a company that is really responsible for you, shoots videos for you, is responsible for publicity and distribution, runs operations for you, and helps you get recommendation positions. You can join such a company! Forget about the guarantee. Don't be naive. If you have been struggling with the guarantee and living on the guarantee, let alone the company won't want you, resources, or support. If you are not suitable for this industry, just do whatever you need to do!

Finally, high-energy warning:

Do you know how many people there are in the operation and maintenance planning team of a short video? How much does it cost to support these two teams? The establishment of trade unions has not been a hot topic in the past two years. Rich people will not enter this useless industry.

So, you will deny it, right? There are many older entertainment companies on the market! Look at the number of years of registration. They don’t have a short video operation team, so it’s just the two things I mentioned above.

I suggest you, if you really want to enter the anchor industry, find a mature company with operations, short video, and publicity teams!

Back to the topic, Aside from scammer unions:

The difference between individual anchors and anchors joining a guild:

1. Individual anchors have a limited monthly withdrawal limit; guild anchors’ monthly income is fully settled. No quota limit.

2. Individual anchors can only broadcast on mobile phones; guild anchors support live broadcasts on mobile phones and computers, and professionals will help install and debug computer live broadcast plug-ins.

3. Individual anchors cannot broadcast during peak periods; guild anchors can broadcast during peak periods.

4. Individual anchors have no recommendation slots and cannot go to the homepage; guild anchors have homepage recommendations and site-wide popular recommendations.

5. Individual anchors cannot sign up for many official activities; guild anchors can participate in many activities.

6. Individual anchors cannot enjoy the union’s fan resources; guild anchors can share fan resources with the union.

Extended information:

Benefits of guild anchors:

1. New anchors will receive training, help, support, explanations, and one-on-one solutions from the guild question.

2. Professional guilds will tailor live broadcast features according to the anchor's own situation and help the anchor find some live broadcast content and techniques.

3. Professional guilds will also enhance the lively atmosphere in the host’s live broadcast room.

4. There are many guild operations in large guilds, and the number of anchors is distributed within a rational distribution mechanism.

Disadvantages of guild anchors:

1. Some guilds will charge a commission to the anchors, but of course some guilds will not charge a commission.

2. Some small franchisees will recruit anchors in the name of large guilds, but they themselves do not know much about live broadcasting.

---------------------------------------------Write At the last dividing line--------------------------------

I am now , I changed a company, but I am still recruiting anchors and operating. The company has been working for 5 years. If you are not afraid of being cheated, you can send me a private message and you can add me.
