On April 27th, Li of Wuhan Academy of Educational Sciences and Director Lu of Hanyang District Education Bureau led a team to Hanyang government kindergarten to implement zero-starting teaching for curriculum plan, supplementary use of teaching materials and "deep integration of information technology and classroom teaching" to prevent primary education from carrying out special inspections.
She Jie, director of the government kindergarten, first showed the leaders the overall environment of the kindergarten and asked about the effectiveness of the kindergarten activities. Then, with the theme of "integrating multiple resources to help zero-starting teaching", Yang Li, deputy director of kindergarten, introduced the development of kindergarten curriculum from four aspects: cooperating with school districts, creating diversified courses to show kindergarten characteristics, integrating resources and music education to help zero-starting teaching, and deeply integrating information technology to promote the all-round development of kindergarten. In recent years, with the correct leadership and strong support of the District Education Bureau, the quality of kindergarten education has improved steadily. At present, there are 1 1 classes in kindergartens. There are 383 kindergarten children, 25 in-service teachers, 9 contract teachers and employed teachers, and young teachers account for 52% of the total number of teachers. Two teachers were awarded as academic leaders in Hanyang District, and three teachers won prizes. The park has been awarded the honorary titles of Wuhan Excellent Teaching and Scientific Research Unit, Wuhan School-based Research and Demonstration School and Wuhan Three-year Action Plan Advanced Collective. After listening to the report, the staff of the inspection class carefully read the relevant materials of kindergarten preventive primary education, and finally interacted with the children in the class. After the inspection, the staff of the special class gave feedback on the spot. They think that the kindergarten run by the government is standardized, which creates a good cultural atmosphere in the park, and the curriculum is scientific and reasonable, which puts an end to the phenomenon of primary school and plays a good role in demonstrating radiation in the region. At the same time, they hope that the park will continue to maintain a good development trend, take the opportunity of building a new park, go up a storey still higher, and do the education guarantee work.
I believe that under the correct leadership of the Education Bureau and the continuous promotion of the management and construction of Hanyang preschool education in district system, public kindergartens will surely develop steadily. Kindergartens will also continue to improve the system under the guidance of the Regulations on Kindergarten Work, the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6 and the one-day activities in Wuhan to prevent the tendency of "primary school" education and lay the foundation for good and sustainable development in the future.
