Recruitment requires uploading ID card, how to prevent abuse

1. Keep a copy of your ID card at all times, archive it when not in use and destroy it when it becomes invalid.

2. When you need to provide a copy of your ID card to others, draw a diagonal line from bottom to top on the front, and write in the blank space to the left of the front picture: "Only for XXX use, invalid for other uses", write your name and date.

3. The annotation is written in three lines, and a horizontal line is drawn at the end of each line to prevent others from adding other words secretly.
