Someone asked me, and I'm still writing.

At first, I felt the same as most people: writing every day is really too complicated. So sometimes it simply becomes writing for the sake of writing a daily newspaper. Usually, in order to make the daily newspaper look richer, I will rack my brains to think about what I did today, and sometimes I even make up something to write in the daily newspaper. So the daily newspaper has become a complete burden.

But with the passage of time, writing a daily newspaper has gradually become a habit. What I resisted at first is not so much now. Sometimes I also reflect: Why can't I even remember what I did today? Is it because what you do is of little value, so it is not worth mentioning? Did you not manage the task in time and fully enough, which led to the vague work objectives? Compare today's daily newspaper with yesterday's. Why are they so similar? Unfortunately, the work has not been completed today, and the efficiency is really a bit too bad.

Although the daily work newspaper is cumbersome, it does have its advantages. As for whether it is appropriate to write a daily newspaper or just a weekly or monthly newspaper? This depends on many factors, such as the behavior style and requirements of leaders, company culture and so on. At the same time, it also greatly affected the company's culture and atmosphere.

There are probably two identities in work report. From the perspective of cooperation and implementation, daily newspaper is a communication/reporting tool. From a personal point of view, daily newspaper is a process of summarizing and reviewing personal work, and it can also be regarded as a process of target management.

Most of our work needs the interaction of other departments or positions. Do the people in the team know each other after we finish the work? Does the leader know my work progress? Or I have difficulties at work and need to ask for support. At this time, we send the daily work report to team colleagues, superiors and even subordinates, so that information can circulate and daily work can play its greatest value as an information carrier.

For an individual, the daily work is to get back to work. Today's work is coming to an end, so what have you accomplished and achieved the expected work goal? What works well and what needs to be improved? These are things that you can quickly review and think about when writing a working day report. It is suggested here that when writing a daily newspaper, you should focus on what you have achieved, not what you have done. For example, it is better to write what was decided through two meetings today and what kind of follow-up action plan was determined after the meeting.
