Two basic requirements:

Responsibilities of supermarket operation supervisor:

(1) Responsible for the department manager, and supervise and inspect the price, quality and shelf life of commodities in this department.

(2) check the purchase and display of goods in this department, and demand that the goods are fresh, complete in variety, reliable in quality and reasonable in price.

(3) Check the arrival of employees in this department, gfd, environmental sanitation, etc.
