However, behind the slogan of "Big Dry Red May, All Staff Guaranteed Sales", Yinlong's proud battery business basically stagnated for more than a month, and quite a few employees cleaned during working hours.

Sanzao Town, Zhuhai, located at the bank of the Pearl River Estuary, was once a remote and backward island. In recent years, with the acceleration of land development, there is an endless stream of dump trucks on the main roads.

There are administrative office building, Guangtong new energy vehicle R&D, manufacturing and testing workshop, Yinlong battery production workshop, warehouse and staff dormitory.
Walking along the industrial park, there are many private cars of Yinlong employees parked on the roadside of the park. The forklift in the factory is loading and unloading goods, and many workers are walking. I can see that the work here is normal. Looking into the park, there are a large number of Guangtong new energy vehicles, mainly electric buses and buses, which are mainly models promoted by Yinlong.
At the gate of the factory, vehicles leave for road tests from time to time, and many cars are affixed with the words Zhuhai Bus. Obviously, this is a vehicle of Zhuhai Public Transport Group. According to public information, the local bus group is Yinlong's main customer. The business model is mainly leasing. After the interview in the park was unsuccessful, the reporter of Securities Times E Company met a male employee Hu Shun (a pseudonym) wearing "Yinlong New Energy" outside the factory. He just walked out of Yinlong Park with a piece of paper in his hand. After the conversation, I learned that he had just gone through the resignation formalities and had a resignation report in his hand. He worked in Yinlong battery production line for more than a year.
Why did you leave your job in May? Hu Shun said that the reason for leaving Yinlong was that there was a problem in its battery business, and its income almost halved in the last two months.
"Guangtong automobile production is still going on, but there is a problem with Yinlong's battery business. The battery business has rarely started for more than a month. From Monday to Friday, the production line employees are cleaning most of the time, and a lot of batteries are piled up in the warehouse. " Hu Shun said that less work started directly led to a decline in workers' income. Because the income is piecework salary, the monthly salary of normal work last year was about 4,000 yuan, and the income in the last two months was only 2,000 yuan.
Subsequently, a reporter from Securities Times E Company interviewed a worker from Hu Shun, who also confirmed the battery business of Yinlong Zhuhai Park to the reporter. He said: "Hebei Yinlong's battery business stopped working years later. In March, more than 400 workers were transferred from Hebei Yinlong to Zhuhai headquarters. In March, the number of battery production line workers in Zhuhai Yinlong reached 700. But soon there were fewer jobs here, and many employees left one after another. Many people who originally came from Hebei have gone back. There were dozens of people left in May, and now there are more than 300 people left. "
According to Yinlong official website, Yinlong currently has nine industrial parks, including Zhuhai, Handan, Shijiazhuang, Chengdu, Lanzhou, Tianjin, Nanjing and Luoyang, as well as American Olympic Sports Nano Technology Co., Ltd.
Yinlong has a production line 1 piece with a daily output of 4,000 cylindrical lithium titanate power batteries and a production line 1 piece with a daily output of 400 flexible lithium titanate power batteries in Zhuhai Jinwan Industrial Park. Located in Wu 'an, Hebei Province, the industrial park has 1 five cylindrical lithium titanate battery production lines with a daily output of 2500 and 2300. Apart from these two places, Yinlong has no base for producing lithium titanate batteries. After the continuous problems in the two places, it can be reasonably speculated that Yinlong lithium titanate battery is basically in a state of stagnation.
