(1) Registration time

1. Online registration: 00:00 on February 17, 2016 to 17:00 on February 29, 2016.

2. Photo review: 09:00 on February 17, 2016 to 17:00 on February 29, 2016.

3. Qualification review: 09:00 on February 18, 2016 to 17:00 on February 29, 2016.

4. Online payment: 09:00 on February 18, 2016 to 23:59 on March 1, 2016.

(2) Registration method: Online registration is adopted, and there is no on-site registration. Registration website: Chengdu Personnel Examination Network.

(3) Registration Procedure

Applicants should carefully read this announcement and the "Chengdu Municipal Public Institutions 2016 Public Recruitment Staff Job List" and other information before applying. .

1. Register. Applicants must register according to online prompts, fill in basic personal information and upload photos (those who have already registered can log in directly to register). The electronic photo must be a recent front-facing ID photo without a hat, in jpg format, with a pixel size of 102 (width) × 126 (height), and a size between 20KB and 160KB. The Chengdu Municipal Personnel Examination Center will review the quality of the photos submitted by the applicants online and provide review opinions within 1 working day after the applicants register. If the photo quality review fails, the applicant must re-upload it as required.

2. Fill in the information. Applicants who pass the review by uploading photos should truthfully and accurately fill in all the contents of the "Application Qualification Review Form" after selecting the position online, check it carefully, and submit it after confirming it is correct. If the qualification review is not successful due to errors, incompleteness, or inaccuracies, the applicant can resubmit before the registration deadline after modification. After the registration deadline, registration and resubmission will not be possible, and the consequences arising therefrom will be borne by the applicants themselves.

3. Qualification review. This exam will be subject to online qualification review, and the recruitment unit and the competent department will be responsible for the qualification review. 1-2 working days after submitting the "Chengdu City 2016 Public Recruitment Qualification Review Form for Public Institution Staff", applicants can log in to the Chengdu City Personnel Examination Network to check whether the qualifications have been reviewed.

4. Confirm payment. Applicants should pay the written examination fee according to the online prompts (according to the Sichuan Provincial Price Bureau and the Department of Finance Sichuan Price Fee [2003] No. 237, the written examination fee is 50 yuan per subject). Deadline for payment: March 1, 2016. Those who fail to pay by the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically. After the payment is successful, the registration information cannot be changed, and no refunds will be processed except in the case of job cancellation.

Applicants who apply for exemption from examination fees should pay online first. Candidates from urban and rural families who enjoy the minimum living allowance must provide a certificate of minimum living allowance and a certificate of special difficulties issued by the civil affairs department of the county (city, district) where their family is located; candidates from absolutely poor families in rural areas must provide the certificate of the township (town) where their family is located. A certificate of rural extremely poor families and a certificate of special difficulties issued by the government, sub-district office or school student office; candidates whose parents are deceased, one parent is a martyr or a first-level disabled soldier, and whose life is very difficult must provide a certificate of father or mother issued by the civil affairs department Valid materials such as martyr certificate, first-level disabled soldier certificate of father or mother, death certificate of parents issued by relevant local departments, etc., must be submitted to Chengdu Personnel Examination Center (Address: Zhongnan Street, Chengdu City) within the working day before March 15, 2016 No. 56, 5th Floor, 5-8) for refund procedures. Those who fail to apply within the time limit will no longer be exempted from the examination fee.

5. Print the admission ticket. After paying the written examination fee, applicants should log in to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network in a timely manner and print out 2 copies of the "Application Qualification Review Form" according to the network prompts for verification of the originals during the interview. Log in to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Network with your name and ID number when registering and print the "Admittance Ticket" for the written examination. Those who fail to print after the due date will be deemed to have given up automatically.

(4) Registration requirements

Each applicant is limited to one recruitment position. Applicants should apply according to the announced recruitment positions, application qualifications and requirements. The applicant's valid graduation certificate, degree certificate and the academic qualifications and professional title contained therein should be consistent with the qualification requirements. If they do not meet the requirements, please do not apply. The information and materials provided by applicants during registration should be true and complete. Qualification review will run through the entire process of open recruitment. If any applicant is found to be unqualified or has committed fraud at any stage, the examination or employment qualification will be canceled at any time, and all losses caused It shall be borne by the applicant himself/herself.

The contact information provided by the applicant when printing the admission ticket online should be accurate, and communication should be kept open during the open recruitment period. After the contact information is changed, the recruiting unit should be informed proactively. All losses caused by the inability to contact the applicant shall be borne by the applicant himself.

5. Exam opening ratio

In principle, the ratio of the number of job recruits to the number of applicants should not be less than 1:3 (for individual positions with a small number of applicants, the ratio can be relaxed to 1:2) , if the above ratio is not reached, the number of recruits for the recruitment position will be reduced accordingly or the recruitment position will be cancelled. The reduction or cancellation of recruitment positions will be announced on the website of Chengdu Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau and Chengdu Personnel Examination Network on March 9, 2016.

Applicants whose recruitment positions have been canceled but have already paid can return their written examination fees to the Chengdu Personnel Examination Center with their "Resident Identity Card" on the working days before March 15, 2016. Overdue applications will no longer be accepted.
