Huizhou University is a provincial public comprehensive undergraduate university in Guangdong Province. The college is located in Huizhou, a national civilized city and a famous historical and cultural city in Guangdong Province. Huizhou is one of the core cities in the Pearl River Delta, bordering Daya Bay, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Hong Kong in the South China Sea. The college has a long history of running a school, full of humanistic atmosphere, surrounded by green hills and trees on campus, and modern buildings are patchwork. The total area is 2563 1 mu, the school building area is 406,400 square meters, the green area is 13 1 10,000 square meters, and the green coverage rate reaches 70%. It has been awarded the title of "Garden Unit" by Huizhou City for many years. The college has also won the honorary titles of National Model Workers' Home, National March 8th Red Flag Collective, Eastern and Western Schools Pairing and Helping Advanced Units, Implementing Jeanswest Scholarship Fund Project Advanced Unit, Guangdong University Comprehensive Management Advanced School, Guangdong Education System Care for the Next Generation Advanced Unit, and Guangdong Informatization Demonstration Unit.

In order to speed up the development of the college and implement the strategy of strengthening the college with talents, the college has increased the introduction of talents to attract more talents with high academic qualifications and titles, academic leaders and top-notch talents to join the college. Our college plans to openly recruit 85 high-level talents in 20 12 years. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Second, treatment.

(1) Salary and welfare benefits: those included in the enterprise establishment shall be provided with welfare benefits according to the salary standards of various personnel in public institutions stipulated by the state and Guangdong policies.

(2) Preferential treatment:

1, allowance

According to the regulations of Huizhou Municipal People's Government, if the senior talents who come to work in our hospital meet the preferential policies of Huizhou Municipality on accelerating the introduction, development and use of senior talents, Huizhou Municipal Government will give them housing subsidies and doctoral (postdoctoral) allowances. 2. Professors who come to work in our college will receive professor scholarships awarded by Huizhou Municipal People's Government every year, which will be distributed according to the standard of 1 000 yuan per month. At the end of the year, awards will be given to them according to the teaching and scientific research.

3. Resettlement expenses

Teachers who come to work in our hospital pay a one-time resettlement fee according to the following standards: 60 thousand yuan for professors with doctoral degrees; 50,000 yuan for professors (Gao Zheng) and associate professors with doctoral degrees; 40,000 yuan for doctors with doctorates and degrees; Associate professor (associate high school) 30,000 yuan.

Returned overseas students (those with doctoral degrees or postdoctoral degrees) will be paid 50% more according to the standard of settling-in expenses for similar personnel.

4. Research start-up expenses

For professors (Gao Zheng) and doctors or above who come to work in our hospital, the starting fee for scientific research is: 40,000 yuan for professors and 30,000 yuan for doctors; Science and engineering majors rose by 30%. Encourage associate professors and the following personnel to bring scientific research projects into the school. After the evaluation of scientific research projects, a certain scientific research start-up fee can be given according to the actual situation.

Returned overseas students (referring to doctors, postdoctoral staff and senior visiting scholars) will rise by 50% according to the standard of research start-up fees for similar personnel.

5. Housing treatment

The specific measures shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for Preferential Housing and Management of Introducing Senior Talents in Huizhou University (revised in 2009) (No.22 [2009] of Huiyuan). Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration

(1) High ideological and political quality, good moral cultivation, a certain level of political theory, strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and mission;

(2) Have a high theoretical level and solid professional basic knowledge, and have the basic qualities of teaching, scientific research and management in colleges and universities;

(3) Having the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

(4) Age requirements: professors (full-time high school students) are under 48 years old, associate professors (secondary high school students) and doctors are under 40 years old, and master students are under 35 years old. People in urgent need can relax appropriately.

Those who are suspected of violating the law and discipline, are under review and have not yet reached a conclusion, or have other personnel who do not meet the recruitment conditions of public institutions will not be accepted for registration.

2. Registration method

3. Recruitment time

4. Qualification examination

The personnel department and the employing department of our hospital examine the qualifications of candidates, confirm those who meet the requirements according to the requirements of recruitment positions, and determine the list of skills test and interviewer.

(2) Examination method and examination time

According to the characteristics of different positions, different examination methods are adopted, mainly combining skill test with interview. Examination time: after the announcement of this plan 15 days, the college will carry out qualified personnel examinations one after another.

(3) Investigation and announcement

The list of personnel to be hired is published in the "Talent Recruitment" column of the website of the Personnel Department of Huizhou University Campus Network as required.

(4) Physical examination

The personnel to be hired shall go to the specified third-class first-class medical institutions for physical examination. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Guangdong Province (for Trial Implementation), and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by themselves.

(five) to handle the transfer, acceptance and employment procedures.

After the study of the college, it is decided to hire personnel, and the transfer, reception and employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with relevant regulations. The introduced graduate students will have a one-year probation period and go through the formal transfer formalities after passing the examination.
