Interim Measures for the Resettlement of Non-commissioned Officers of China People's Liberation Army from Active Service

1. These Measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Military Service Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) (hereinafter referred to as the Military Service Law) and the Regulations of China People's Liberation Army on the Service of Soldiers in Active Service.

Two, non-commissioned officers meet one of the following circumstances, retired from active service:

(4) The army is transferred out for the needs of national construction;

(5) Having been diagnosed by the garrison hospital and proved that his health condition is not suitable for continuing active service.

Three, retired officers meet one of the following conditions, can apply for demobilization and resettlement:

(a) the first or second period of active service;

(two) in line with the conditions of changing jobs or retirement, I asked for demobilization and was approved.

Four, retired officers meet one of the following conditions, can apply for placement:

(1) Active service 10 year;

(two) won the second class or above during the active service;

(three) during the period of active service, disabled by war or work was rated as second-class or third-class disability;

(4) Having served in active service for less than 10 years, which conforms to Item (4) of Article 2 of these Measures;

(five) meet the retirement conditions, local needs and I voluntarily change jobs.

Five, retired officers meet one of the following conditions, for retirement:

(a) at least 55 years of age;

(2) Having served in active service for 30 years;

Six, noncommissioned officers served in active service under the prescribed time limit, serious violation of discipline or insist on retiring from active service without justifiable reasons, can be discharged from compulsory service upon approval; The people's government is not responsible for arranging jobs for people living in towns.

Non-commissioned officers who insist on retiring from active service without justifiable reasons must attach their own written application.

Seven, non-commissioned officers due to major family changes, retired from active service during the period of dissatisfaction with the prescribed number of years, need to have the civil affairs department of the people's government at or above the county level to prove that, after approval, less than 10 years for demobilization and resettlement, full 10 years for resettlement.

Eight, non-commissioned officers retired from active service or resettlement, the first and second phase approved by the regiment (brigade) units; The third and fourth phases are approved by the division (brigade) level units; The fifth and sixth stages are approved by units at the corps level.

Non-commissioned officers discharged from active service shall be retired and placed with the approval of units at the corps level; The demobilized conscripts shall be approved by units at or above the division (brigade) level.

Nine, non-commissioned officers discharged from active service, by the command organ of the approving unit to fill in the "registration form for non-commissioned officers discharged from active service" (which changed to conscripts discharged from active service to fill in the "approval form for non-commissioned officers discharged from active service"), by the Ministry of National Defense issued the "China People's Liberation Army non-commissioned officers discharged from active service certificate".

Seventeen, noncommissioned officers discharged from active service, to the county (city) people's government civil affairs department before the placement of the problem, by the original troops responsible for handling; The local people's government is responsible for handling the problems after the report.

Nineteen, these Measures shall come into force as of the date of issuance. In the past, if the relevant provisions are inconsistent with the above, they will be abolished.
