Development and Utilization of Shanhaiguan Scenic Spot in Qinhuangdao City

In 2005, the Tourism Bureau of Shanhaiguan District, Qinhuangdao City integrated tourism resources and added humanized facilities such as electronic touch screen, water dispenser, disabled passage and disabled toilet in each scenic spot of Shanhaiguan Scenic Area. After the "Interim Standards for National Civilized Scenic Spots" was recently promulgated, Shanhaiguan District Tourism Bureau decided to carry out unified packaging, unified management, unified service standards and unified management policies for the four scenic spots on the Great Wall cultural chain in accordance with the new standards to find gaps and seek development. On this basis, fully tap and extend the characteristics of each scenic spot, and jointly create the gold medal of Shanhaiguan scenic spot.

In 2005, with the full-scale start of the protection and development project of scenic spots, the reconstruction of five arched buildings, such as Bell and Drum Tower and Shoushan in Weifang, and the transformation of east, west and south streets have been basically completed. Reconstruction projects such as Wang Yang Building and Ying 'en Building are also under intense preparation or construction. At the same time, the Great Wall of Jiao Shan makes further use of natural resources to develop fitness tourism such as hiking festival, climbing festival and paragliding club.

At the same time, the scenic spot of Meng Jiangnu Temple will be expanded to the surrounding areas, with the construction of Meng Jiangnu Cultural Tourism Holy Land and China Meng Jiangnu Creative Cultural Center as the goal, and the eternal love square, waterscape trail, Meng Jiangnu Cultural Performing Arts Hall, Meng Jiangnu Cultural Creative Park, Meng Jiangnu Historical and Cultural Museum, Meng Jiangnu Workshop and Love Forest will be planned and constructed. Renovating Wangfu Shi Cun, building a retro village with the architectural style of northern houses in Qin and Han Dynasties, and developing into a folk experience village integrating farmhouse music, special catering, rural accommodation and leisure and entertainment.
