What certificate should the bidder take?

Bidders can take two certificates of cost engineer and consulting engineer. Cost engineer is an engineering economic expert who is qualified by the state and authorized to practice after registration. Responsible for designating, entrusting or recruiting specific departments or units, responsible for and supporting the evaluation, pricing and management of project cost, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests.

Registered consulting engineer refers to the professional and technical personnel who have passed the national unified examination and obtained the Qualification Certificate of Registered Consulting Engineer in People's Republic of China (PRC), and engaged in engineering consulting work in the field of economic construction after registration.

Bidding is a comprehensive economic responsibility system to promote competition in the field of capital construction. Generally, several construction units participate in project bidding, and the bidding unit (construction unit) is selected first. Whoever has short construction period, low cost, high quality and good reputation will be given the project task, and the general contractor will sign a contract with the subcontractor. Bidding system is a management system established for the rational distribution of rights, obligations and responsibilities of both parties.
