Academic Requirements of Enterprises for City Gas Talents

Different enterprises and different positions correspond to different diplomas. Although the role of diplomas is not as good as before, and the era of judging diplomas has passed, business managers still pay more attention to diplomas.

Generally speaking, the management level is generally above the undergraduate level. At the grassroots level, engineers generally have a bachelor's degree or above, and junior college is also acceptable. For operators and line inspectors, high school is ok, and junior high school is also ok.

It should be noted that state-owned enterprises value diplomas more than private enterprises. Master's degree has no special advantage in the gas industry.
