Songjiang Talent Service Center Archives Working Hours

The archives of Songjiang Talent Service Center work from Monday to Friday from 8: 30- 1 1: 00, 13: 00- 16: 30, and do not go to work on Saturdays and Sundays.

The talent service center is a deputy bureau-level institution directly under the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Its main responsibilities include personnel agency, file management, recruitment and application activities, employment services for graduates, and academic degree verification.

The file storage process of talent center is as follows

1. File receiving: The talent service center has established a strict file receiving system to ensure the seal, authenticity and integrity of files. Individuals are not allowed to carry their own files for safekeeping. According to the relevant regulations of our country, the archives talent center in our hands will not be accepted, and the archives must be publicly handed over to the talent center.

2. Recruit fresh graduates to file: If you can't find a job temporarily after graduation, the school can provide file transfer, and transfer the student files directly to the district talent center where you are registered by confidential mail. You just need to determine the address and recipient of the talent center yourself. The regulations in each region are slightly different. Please contact the local talent center for details.

3. Non-unified recruitment of graduates' files: As the general non-unified recruitment of graduates does not have the qualification of personnel rights, if there is no file of pre-unified recruitment of graduates (ordinary high school or technical secondary school or vocational high school), then the files of non-unified recruitment cannot be stored and managed in the talent center. It must be combined with the archives of preschool education. Before going through the storage procedures, you need to find the unified enrollment file, or find an archival institution to reissue a real high school file, and then merge and seal it and store it in the talent pool. If there is no file, you can entrust a file service agency to assist in handling it.

To sum up: personal files are like a mirror, reflecting the experience, achievements and values of study and work, including records of rewards and punishments. Especially among the staff of state-owned enterprises and institutions, the importance of archives is self-evident. Doesn't mean that the files of people who are not in institutions are not important. Most of their files will be stored in the talent center.
