Tibet's policy of free normal students

Directional normal students are sent to work in Tibet directly after graduation, and the work place is arranged by the Tibetan education department. There is no job fair, and you can't apply for cross-provincial employment. In a word, you don't have to worry about your job. Tibet will make arrangements. You just need to report for work there. In case of breach of contract, it should be the total subsidy enjoyed by the school multiplied by 150%, but there are still many specific problems in the penalty.

1) The enrollment plan for non-Tibetan students in ordinary colleges and universities is a national targeted employment enrollment plan, and its enrollment plan is included in the total size of relevant enrollment schools issued by the state that year. All the students went to Tibet for employment after graduation.

(2) Enrollment demand plan. The Education Department of Xizang Autonomous Region is responsible for making suggestions on the enrollment demand plan of non-Tibetan students, which will be audited by the Xizang Autonomous Region Municipal People's Government and reported to the Ministry of Education. The Ministry of Education will distribute the proposed plan to relevant higher education institutions.

(3) enrollment source plan. The enrollment source plan for non-Tibetan students shall be compiled by the relevant institutions of higher learning and submitted to the Ministry of Education, which shall be responsible for reviewing and issuing it to the enrollment offices of relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. All regions, departments and colleges and universities are requested to comply with them.
