In order to effectively carry out the epidemic prevention and control work in our city, consolidate the hard-won prevention and control results, effectively control and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, and promptly detect infected persons, the nucleic acid testing requirements for key units and personnel are hereby notified as follows:

For the management and service personnel of centralized isolation places, medical personnel of designated medical institutions for COVID-19, medical personnel of fever clinics and emergency departments of non-designated medical institutions, and cleaning personnel of corresponding units, full-service inspections will be conducted twice every 7 days. 2. Carry out health monitoring for front-line workers in farmers’ markets, market supervision systems, employees in specific service venues such as express delivery and transportation, and conduct sampling nucleic acid tests every 7 days.

3. Shopping malls, supermarkets, catering establishments, hotels and other public places must strictly implement measures such as scanning QR codes for temperature measurement, ventilating and disinfecting, and wearing masks, and sign the "Letter of Commitment for Epidemic Prevention and Control", which will be displayed in a conspicuous Place or hang a public notice board on the responsible unit and person responsible for epidemic prevention and control. Employees must complete the full course of vaccination. 4. Staff who have direct contact with passengers, such as flight attendants and drivers, will undergo nucleic acid testing once a week, and cleaning staff will undergo nucleic acid testing twice a week.

5. All employees in the construction industry undergo daily health monitoring and undergo nucleic acid testing once a month. New employees must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before they can take up the job.

6. Teachers, students and staff of schools, daycare institutions, and various off-campus training institutions will undergo sampling nucleic acid testing once a week. Personnel in supervision sites, elderly care, and welfare institutions are required to undergo sampling nucleic acid testing once a week.

7. Employees of public venues such as scenic spots, movie theaters, and cultural and entertainment venues should conduct sampling nucleic acid tests once a week, and implement strict "limited limits, reservations, and peak staggering" requirements for scenic spots. In principle, the upper limit of indoor reception personnel shall not exceed 50% of the capacity, and the outdoor reception limit shall not exceed 75% of the capacity. Different theaters should be staged at different times to avoid audience gatherings. The theaters should be fully cleaned and disinfected after each screening.

8. Responsible units need to establish personnel nucleic acid testing and daily health monitoring ledgers. Nucleic acid testing can use 1:10 or 1:5 mixed testing.

9. All units must conscientiously implement the responsibilities of legal persons and conscientiously implement the nucleic acid testing work for the above-mentioned risk groups during the "Double Festival", and relevant industry authorities must fulfill their regulatory responsibilities. Party and government agencies, enterprises, institutions, and all industries will cancel group gatherings, dinners, annual meetings, large-scale condolences and other activities, and strictly control exhibitions, sales promotions, theatrical performances, sports events and other activities.
