Is Shanghai International Dance Center a public institution?

It is a large-scale comprehensive dance center, composed of four owners: Shanghai Ballet, Shanghai Song and Dance Troupe, Dance Academy of Shanghai Theatre Academy and Shanghai Dance School. In addition, the dance center foundation, theater companies and other related institutions have settled in.
