Brief Introduction of Department of Light Chemical Industry of Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Light Industry

The Department of Light Chemical Industry of Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College is one of the earliest departments established in the college, among which pulp and paper making and other majors were founded in the 1950s. There are seven majors and directions: pulping and papermaking technology, polymer material processing technology, fine chemicals production technology, industrial analysis and inspection, building decoration materials and inspection, plastic mold, cosmetic image and design. More than 5000 middle and senior technical talents have been sent to the society. At present, there are 64 full-time teachers among 20 students 1320, including 6 senior titles 16, 23 intermediate titles, 6 doctoral students, 2 postdoctoral students and 4 master students 14. In addition, some middle and senior technical talents with rich practical experience have been hired from enterprises as part-time teachers.
