Multi-energy pumping of Zanhuang Qipanshan Building. As of July 2023, Qipanshan Pumped Storage Power Station in Zanhuang County is under construction. In June, 2022, the survey and design work of the project site selection report was completed, and in August, 2022, it was included in the list of key preliminary projects in the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" of Hebei Province. Qipanshan Pumped Storage Power Station is located near Shangduan Village, Huangbeiping Township, Qipanshan Scenic Area. The project covers an area of about 48.9.14 hectares, with a total installed capacity of 1200mw and a static total investment of about 6.969 billion yuan.
